ScholarshipsA limited number of teaching and research graduate assistantships are available through Columbus State University. Only students enrolled in the Thesis Track Option are eligible for assistantships. Graduate assistantships pay a stipend as well as a waiver of tuition and fees (except for a small administrative fee) for the academic year. Students with teaching assistantships will be obligated to assist and/or teach between 15 and 19 hours per week in the undergraduate areas of your experience. Students with research assistantships will be obligated to work between 15 and 19 hours per week for the assigned professor(s). If you are interested in obtaining one of these assistantships, you should contact the program director, Dr. William Frazier.
